Scottish Law is very different to English Law. It may be worth starting a new thread or retitling yours to be clear that this is in Scotland.

We do have one or two members with knowledge of Scottish Law. I am afraid I am not one of them.

So we are close to the proofs hearing now and I wonder how long before the hearing that inventory of productions need to be submitted. I thought it was two full days but I have also seen that two weeks is the requirement. Just to mention again that it is Scotland so it might be different from England etc. Many thanks.
