Basically my situation is this.

Me and ex still live in the same house after separating over 2 years ago, not married. She won't agree any offer i put to her. Received a solicitor letter stating that due to past DV, me harassing and upsetting her she may seek an Occupation order against me, all lies.

The house is in my sole name which i put £100k deposit, £18k approx renovation and £60k mortgage. Ex then sold her house, moved in and put £30K into my mortgage and has registered a beneficial interest.

I've tried numerous offers over the last 2 years for us to sell the house, return our invested money and split profit, she refuses.

She has a 11 year old girl and we have a 4 year old boy which i got a Child Arrangement Order in place now as she was refusing me to spend any quality time with him even though we still live in the same house!

My main concern now is her attempt to get me removed from the house and if that happens the situation of my collateral in the property, who would pay the mortgage, maintenance of the house, equity split when it does eventually sells and probably other things i cant think of.

Is this something you have experience in?

Thanks,
Andy
