My husband of just over a year has sent me a solicitors letter informing me that he wants me and my two young children (who are not his)to leave his house in 14 days time.
Previously we were living in my house that I half own with my Ex-partner. He persuaded me to leave this house and move into his house where I am now living. My Ex has moved into my house with his new girlfriend so I am in deepest trouble and just don't know what I should do, I would really like some help, please.

If you are married then it's not 'his house.'

Someone will be a long with the right knowledge to advise, I'm sure.

But you won't have to move out in 14 days and be on the streets. People are normally always advised to stay put until finances have been sorted to enable them to rehouse fairly. There are exceptions of course in DV cases.

Agree with above as you are married your position is strengthened even if house is solely in his name. Apart from getting some proper advice I think the quickest solution is normally to start registering your home rights
