I am currently under a non-molestation order with a number of negotiated undertakings my wifes legal team asked for and I agreed with (I self represented).

My question is..Can I move back in to our home after the order?

I appreciate the context of my order will have a bearing however hoping you can give some high-level views for now. I can go into detail but it ends up being a tit-for-tat of she did this and I did that and hard to give context in writing to a forum of people who dont know me or my wife (with the greatest respect to you all). We have two kids (8 & 10) and I just want to be there to wake them up and read them a story at bedtime and the like each day, tickle them as they walk by and just be there day in and day out. I recognise that longer term its likely the hose will sell and we will be in different places but this 6 months has been the longest and I (they) need there dad around.

Appreciate I cant tip up seconds after the order but interested to know once a few weeks have passed what people think, its a jointly owned house fyi. We have a 4 bed house so can sleep in separate rooms.

I might be clutching at straws but wondered what others have experienced here.

ALL ABOUT THE KIDS!

Thanks,

Danny
