As I''ve read it the children do want to live with dad...........

sorry state of affairs, maybe they just want to see what it''s like living with dad - but if I were them I''d be on the first bus outa there.

Sounds like dad is very manipulative and mum is thinking of her children''s welfare - knowing what her other half is like and is trying to protect them - I''m all for that

Haway, you are hilarious

Haway, if you read the post carefully you will see that it says that the girls want to move - to live with their dad, who lives three hours away.

Upforair, I would expect your ex to find it difficult to get the children into new schools by September. If the high school is any good it will be full in its intake year. So it will take time, particularly if he does take you to court over it.

Best wishes,
Sadie
