I have been in touch with the local schools where ex plans to move and there are no places for our 8 year old.

I think I need to get some legal advice as how best to deploy the arguments. facts and legal actions I have at my disposal.

The children are adamant that they do not wish to move and would rather live with their father than move. There is no residence order in place

Have the children voiced the same views to their mother or is it a case of the children telling both parents what they want to hear?

Hopefully the courts are able to get a true picture of what the children actually want.
