Guess the only thing you could do is not be available to have the children at drop off time. Had she requested you have the children at this time and you refused?

Sorry I meant had your stbx asked you to have the children for a longer period of time so she could go on holiday?

The issue you have is it sounds like you only have a voluntary arrangement and if you dont comply she might refuse access in the future.

Can you put a plan into place so you can have children and still work? Do you have parenta etc who could help? How did you manage when you had them for an extended period in past?
