Phoebeblue I am in a similar situation to yourself. I had my initial mediation meeting yesterday, not with ex, just mediator. Next meeting will be with ex.

I have just read LMM attachment and it has helped a lot!! Thanks LMM!!

At the present I get £0 child maintenance as ex has started his own Ltd Company with his new partner (soon to be wife) so no chance there of getting a penny....:angry:All we have is the FMH which has about £28000 equity, he lives with his partner.

It will be difficult sitting opposite my ex but I have to fight for my son and I.

Good luck Phoebe, I will be watching your post as it may help me as well, or I may be able to help you!!
