Dissolution of a civil partnership

I wonder if any Wiki`s can help by explaining the process of the dissolution of a civil partnership in England and how financial issues are settled.

Erm, the dissolution of civil partnerships follows the same procedure as divorce, including the financial aspects.

The only main difference is that you can not Petition for a dissolution on the grounds of adultery.

It's worth noting that the Ancillary Relief proceedings are exactly the same although these are called declaratory proceedings.

Are you looking for information regarding a dissolution or actually a solicitor to help.

I used a solicitor in Kent to dissolve my Civil Partnership on grounds of Adultery. Luckily they also helped to sort out financial provisions. It was a long proces sbut so glad it's all over now!
