Solicitors paid damages for Breach of Contract/Negligence claim. Their Unqualified representative advocated in Court without supervision and failed CPR Rulings, pension sharing order and suffered me a financial loss. The Consent Order was with a Clean Break for which I did not understand.
Can I apply to have the Ancillary Relief Consent Order with a Clean Break rescinded though I have received damages. 6 years its taken to prove negligence/breach of contract
If I can can anyone advise, should I appoint a solicitor

Your post is less than clear I'm afraid.

If there has been negligence which has been settlement by a payment of damages you cannot seek to overturn the original order which brought about the negligence. If you were able to do that, the negligence would be negated and no damages would be payable.
