my x still has his mail delivered to my address what is the implication of this continuing and should i insist or can i do anything to have mail redirected to his new address.

There are no implications really so long as you don't open it or interfere with it.

Ask him to stop or pay to have it re-directed until he gets round to telling everyone.

You could forward it on, or if you prefer just mark it "No longer at this address, return to sender".

"Not known at this address" or "gone away" is shorter!

If you tell your ex you are going to return his post to the senders he might just do something about it.

My ex still has some post delivered here, but it waits till he comes round to see the boys.

I dont mind them coming here just wondered about any legal implications as he is using this address. I scan and send him anything that could be urgent or needs action before he collected them at alternate weekends.
