I want to remove myself as Company Secretary from my husband''s company as I don''t want anything to do with all the financial dishonesty that I have unearthed. I''ve drafted a letter to him but could do with a legal opinion that there is nothing in the letter that could be seen as lible.

I know the letter doesn''t make a lof of difference to anything but his actions in relation to his business (as well as the divorce) are so lacking in honesty and integrity, I don''t want anything to do with it. I know that sending the letter will make me feel a little better even though it isn''t really necessary.
