co-habitation was created by Harpal
Hi, any help/opinion would be much appreciated. so we met in Nov 2003. married in sept 2007, separated in Dec 2016.

W is claiming that we co-habitated from Nov 2003 to extend the period of 'marriage' to bring in pre-marital assets.

We would meet and I would stay over generally from Friday to sunday evenings, or on occasions Monday mornings. In 2005/06 this was not a set pattern so there would have been mid week stays or as in 2004 weekend stays. I would on occasions take W's child to school on certain mornings if she was running late for work etc and of course attended parties and birthdays etc

1. I have complete council tax demands (and copies of all utility bills) from the local authority for the residence I lived in from Nov 2003 until I moved in, in April 2007 and for the same period my name does not appear (correctly) on any council tax demands (or electoral roll) in the house W claims I co-habited with her between Nov 2003 until April 2007 when I did 'move in'

Could I ask if anyone has experience of how the courts would look at this period i.e. would it be treated as co-habitation when it was not and added to the period we were married from 2007 till 2016.
