We were supposed to be having a FDR hearing tomorrow, only to find out from the ex that the hearing has been vacated and will be relisted at another date !
we do not know why this has been done, we have not received any correspondence from the court, and this is yet another delay tactic.
We are pulling out hair out and want this ordeal over. Any advice on how to deal with this? How many more delays are gonna be viable ?

I would check with the court first thing. Sometimes hearings are postponed at short notice if there is no judge available for example. You would normally hear about this from the court directly.

Thank you for the reply.

Managed to speak to the court and the hearing was moved due to an email being sent by the respondent that we have not been copied in on.
This is a continuous theme and the next hearing is due in July, to say we are gutted is an understatement, this is causing more stress than it needs to. Can we request for this to be heard before July ?
