What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

Can anyone tell me how long it takes the Consent Order to come back from the courts/judge? Are we talking a couple of weeks, or 3-4 months?

Only the court where you lodged it can tell you that, a quick call should give you some idea, at best your talking a week or two. most more, at worst some are taking 12-14 weeks, it just depends where you are in the country.

Bit of a lottery really.
