Hello,

I have an ctive application, I tried to sumbmit an amended petition. However judge said I could not and to get the current one dismissed and then re file to use 5 years separation as grounds.

I filled in the D11 and sent in, then I got letter back saying judge needed respondents consent to dismiss or a 15 minute hearing.

I emailed court saying I could not get consent (we do not speak, have not for 8 years even though we are still in the same house, and he has never engaged in any of the divorce and ignores everything)

So then last week we both got a letter with a court hearing date and time (he still has not opened his).

My question is, how much does this 15 minute hearing cost?
