Court attendance was created by fresh start
Hi
After 2 cancelled court dates -here's hoping the 3rd go's ahead!

Can someone run through what i should expect on the day?
Ex has a solicitor and I am self representing

What do I need to take?
What do i need to be prepared for?
As I am nervous enough -without his solicitor trying to intimidate me -so would like as much information as possible to prepare myself

I did read earlier that if the other party has a solicitor and you do not -then they prepare the bundle -what exactly is the bundle?

Thank-you for reading

The bundle is basically all the bits of paper you have exchanged and the court need to know about to make a decision.

What type of hearing is it and what for?

Don't be intimidated, loads of people self rep.

Thank-you WYSPECIAL

Its for a pension share -everything has previously been divided -house/savings

But as we could not agree on a fair pension agreement -i had to apply to court

What sort of questions will be asked of me?

Have you reached an agreement now?

If not do you know what you want?

Have they made any offers? If so why have you rejected them?

They're my questions not a prediction of what you may be asked!

Hi
No we are going to court as neither of us can agree
After a 30 plus relationship - i am requesting equality in retirement

There is a huge difference in wage/pension
I earn £18,000 with a cetv of £110,000
I have a mortgage of £120,000
He earns £56,000 with a cetv £450,000
Mortgage of £23,000
So i feel i am being fair in asking for equality in retirement

In mediation he agreed re actuaries report -now he has changed his mind

He then employed a 2nd solicitor -who has requested an actuary report based on over 4 different scenerios at a huge cost. Then I am not sure where she is going with all these scenerios?

As this has been going on for over 3 years -I feel court is my only option
