How does contempt of Court work? Do we make an accusation of it or will the judge take the lead. For example, information that was meant to be provided on the form E, asked for specifically in the Questionnaire after the First hearing, asked for again at the private FDR and again at the Housekeeping Court before the Final Hearing has still not been provided.

Are courts reluctant to use it? Anyone got any experience of sanctions etc?
