who pays court fees was created by dezpemberton
my wife has not been exactly truthful on her form e and has not provided sufficient answers in her questionnaire and also lied on an affidavit abandoned the family home with the children and is taking me to court for unreasonable behavior there has been no domestic abuse and no adultery either what the n constitutes as unreasonable behavior i could not afford a solicitor so employed a consultant from wikivorce she employed a solicitor and her bill to date is 15k at a final hear it is the judge now that give a ruling or verdict based on his findings is he also likely to to award costs to me also ?
