What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

Decree Nisi awarded and child statement rubber stamped.

Ex self represented and took it about as low as it can get. Tried to turn hearing into a trial complete with slander and libel!

For info:
Judge rubberstamped all cases/names bar 3 in front of him.

For the otehr 2 that were not present he awarded costs to the petitioner.
And for ours he went 50:50.

IUsually in an adultery case the costs would be awarded to me the petitioner but I feel because a) he turned up and b)he is going bankrupt we went 50:50.

Nearly there ... i hope.
