Well done for having the courage to stick to your offer and not panic at the last minute. This is a very fair outcome, congratulations.

Fantastic Pop, :cheer:

Can I clarify - she is in the family home and currently paying the mortgage?

Thanks all.

WhiteRose - yes she is still in FH and will now have to pay the mortgage.

She already started her backlash ..attempting to reduce child contact and doesnt want to communicate with me by email or text! Ive got to give my 11 year old messages such as dates for contact!

She wasn''t paying the mortgage before?

Shame about her behaviour - could you turn it into a fun thing by getting him a calendar/diary and writing in it for contact dates?

Take care

I don''t know that congratulations is the correct sentiment.
I''m pleased for you that you have reached a settlement.
Yes unfortunately although you have walked out of court with no money in your hand for another 10 years and then only 25% of house equity and signing over 25% of your pension fund immediately.
Despite all that she still manages to have a face like she''s just been slapped with a wet kipper.
Your ex unfortunately from day one has always threatened you with the kids and hopefully now with this mesher order at least that ties her to the area until the kids are 18.
Now how much do you reckon wikivorce should pay me for being the only effective divorce calculator on this site??
Was that 75% to the woman 25% to the bloke again I heard.
