What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Hi

the judge kept saying the Order he was making was a ''self regulated'' one: well my stbx has breached pretty much EVERYTHING that was ordered....

The question is what do I do now?

I need to let the court know that this has happened: do I use a D11 form?

My solicitor has apparently decided not to work for me anymore until I pay his bill for ''concluding'' the case but my situation is far from over!
