Hi just a quick question if anyone could please tell if they have ever had to pay a court fine or ever been threated by a judge if you dont send your child i can make you pay every week you dont send them but there are big safety concerns for the safety of my children:(

In certain circumstances you can be fined or imprisioned, if you break an undertaking that you have given, please read the entire article, as it may or may not be relevant to you, and the last thing I want to do is give you incorrect information, or cause you any concern.
