Right...I got that impression from your earlier posts? So was it just your Ex claiming that it was ringfenced? Or has the later judge agreed?

The real problem is that you signed the consent order . Was that stamped by the later judge?

It could never be ring fenced as in a trust and myself and daughter were beneficiaries. My Barrister just had no idea about Trusts etc or that third party transfers are not legal. And yes that is the major issue that she should never have forced me to sign consent order when it did not meet my needs income or pension wise and was not lawful regarding the trust. I keep being told that if there were available assets my needs should have been met rather than rely on benefits . My pension entitlement alone was 100k as worked out by pension authority.
