320k was assets he received i.e MH, equity in property he lives , a flat my dauggter and I were beneficiaries and his savings minus my 35k plus as I was credited 8k I had gifted to my son so he had to be credited. Taken as 30k but was far in excess of this.
Jane, the flat was the ring-fenced inheritance. Sorry to say, but it''s not part of the marital pot.

you signed,you got £160k, which is 45% of the available marital pot, plus the £40k pension offset. Given that you had a relatively short marriage, it does sound reasonable.
My daughter and I owned the flat it was in my daughters name. It was a Trust. The inheritance was not ring fenced as he owed me 50 k as I paid off his mort. There is a lot of info regarding ring fencing on the internet and how inheritance has been used etc
