Fdr was created by Sherara
As Fdr date looms in a couple of weeks and I order to make the best outcome to settlement, would it not be better if both legal teams exchange proposals to be studied prior Fdr and considered prior? Wouldn''t it make sense to use the time to negotiate in advance with ones legal team and then try and arrive at common grounds? Instead of the procedure whereby legal teams negotiate then sit in front of judge and not agree at the end? I would appreciate your thoughts and advice from experience or knowledge thank you.
