march was the first hearing
adjourned (due to not having time to find a solicitor)
may was the rescheduled (adjourned as was doing overtime)
we attended eventually in september
Fdr november (adjourned due to him changing jobs)

in the meantime no maintenance - does not see his son was but stopped for no reason last november and left little one heartbroken how can you do that to a child .....

Sounds awful, sorry!
Can't believe how much some people can get away with and how well they can play the system.

Oh my gosh!!!
Again! How does he keep being allowed to postpone? Do you not have to agree to an adjournment?
Is your claim for child maintenance done through the CMS?

My ex tried to adjourn our FDR for no good reason, I didn't agree, then he didn't even bother to show-up so I was awarded costs. I'm now waiting for a Final Hearing. :S

all of the posponed ones were due to his work commitments, the latest one was my solicitor had a personal problem, the latest was ex cannot provide availability for january as he does not know what date he will be going back to work as works away, but can we all attend a meeting out of court to see if this can be resolved, he had said from the beginning her kids had moved in but they had not - now has in the last few days moved them in so hence now it will be that he needs all of his money for them!!!!

last I heard was 14th dec, stating that he could not provide availability for january for the already cancelled x 2 fdr, as had changed jobs and did not know yet, but would attend a round the table meeting, I also rec the narrative stmt stating i never brought up his kids in 17 years of marriage as he took them to all his work appointments picked them up from school lol none of which is true he has since moved his new wifes kids in just a month ago yet stated they been there for a year,, said that as i moved and did not forward new address that he could not pay agreed maintenance for the last 13 months - i cut off all ties to his son when i did not he said he did not want to see him, and that he offered me a small lump sum from the house which he said i agreed as his new wifes kids were moving over he would never be able to sell it and therefore i agreed to this i have chased this and heard nothing for 5 weeks :(
