This must be doing your head in! I'm not really sure what to suggest you could do. I guess it must seem like he is using the delays to his advantage to present a stronger \"needs\" case. But ultimately he hasn't got married and taken on step children just to defeat/weaken your claim. But obviously this does not help your case.
I hope you can get things moving forward soon. The process is stressful enough without all the delays and stalling.
I have my final hearing in April - hopefully no stalling and we can finally get a court order and move on....
...Move on to how to enforce the court order that is!

we eventually had a meeting with legal representation he agreed a lump sum this was turned into a consent order ....now the lump sum has not been paid i have had no correspondence and am awaiting my solicitors instructions on the plus side if it was broken the house is meant to be sold ....but so annoying another waiting game
