Consent Order was created by Thomasjames
If Judge issues a Consent Order. Does it have to be signed by both parties to be valid?

The actual Consent Order won't be signed by either party.

The Judge will have made the Order based upon you consent from the paperwork you submitted and maybe from speaking to you if they wanted points clarified.

You both need to sign the D81 Statement of Information. This gives basic details of the finances and is submitted with the form A and the order which you are asking the court to approve.

The Judge made the order at the First Hearing but, the applicant's barrister run out of time to print it. I did not get to sign it or read it

I don't think it is a consent order.

What was the order about?

It is ordered (by consent) that I agree to a PSO.
due to fact the only capital assets was £-38. The judge gave directions that the gap in the pensions should be \"equalised\"

I do not agree with this but, did not feel wise to go.against the \"hint\" the judge gave, as i would be liable for future costs if went to.2nd hearing.

So, i was bullied into giving part of pension (20%)

So if you agreed at the time what has changed to make you feel that this is unfair?
