consent order - items was created by Thomasjames
if an \"agreement\" regarding items and contents is made between both parties, prior to a consent order being made. Does the \"agreement\" form part of the consent order?

i.e If W agrees to return items to H and then backtracks on the agreement, can the consent order cover the demand for items to be given back to H?

If there was an \"agreement\" which fell apart for whatever reason why would the other party later agree to have it written into a consent order?

What items are you referring to? Consent orders tend to just deal with the big stuff.

Yes you can, I had written about returning my personal items. I left in a hurry, and didn’t have time to go through the loft etc. I would have thought the ex would have boxed them up for me as they are mine....he didn’t! So I had a list of items I wanted back in with the consent order.

W made a list of \"items\" and agreed to return them.
However, wrote into the consent order that each party shall keep all items in their possesion.
The H did not dispute items as it was agreed that they would come back.
W has now refused to return them
