Mobbery, I didn’t do a draft at all, the Judge did it on the day, and we received a week or so later in the post. It will list all points that were ordered on the day. In my case the first one was 8 points long, the second order was only 2 points long.
Ultimately the house can’t be sold without your signature so whatever your ex or the EA does, it can’t be sold without your agreement. Even with sole conduct you still need both signatures.
my ex has been stalling and has also given me a figure to buy me out which is lower than what I should be getting. He thinks that I am desperate enough to accept this but I have children to house.
