any advice please? was created by diamond74
over 2 years ago ex signed a consent order to pay a lump sum, despite letters from a company with whom he was releasing funds from house from-this never happened. I Waited 18 months to take it back to court as was made to think the funds were coming, took it back to court he offered me x amount per month while he sorted the house to get a remortgage, I gave him more time and this was put into a court order (6 months) he started communicating with me without his solicitor, and had apparantly applied for finance again via a different company, the 6 months are up and now I get updates of I will show you the paperwork nothing solid to say when the funds are or if they are being released just that it is in process and he will still pay me per month whilst waiting, judge said if nothing in place (ie a date for lump sum) then to come back to court to force a sale, what should I do trust he has it in hand and wait or take it back to court?

Take it back to court, he's made you wait 2 years, don't let him waste anymore of you're time.
