ex signed Consent Order to pay me x amount by x date 2017, nothing happened so enforced and self repped in court, he offered me x amount to do the property up to make it sellable, this was never done, agreement made @6 months pay me x amount per month while remortgage was going through, remortgage given but then never transpired, kept paying me the x amount while was getting sorted, fast forward to sept last year email from his solicitor saying remorgage offered and they hoped to complete early jan, jan was given a completion date of end of jan, something went wrong paperwork, then extended to feb something went wrong complicated mortgage, then heard nothing and was told by his solicitor was out of her hands and that he was now dealing with it, fast forward to now still nothing and he has contacted me to say still working on it , but has not been paying me anything, don't even know if still in place? would you now re-enforce it??? and how do i do this considering the current situation?

can anyone offer any advice? as there was a remortgage in place but now do not know if he making new application or if it still stands? not getting any info should I just enforce again?
