As I had to move out the marital home with my 2 sons, a year down the line my soon 2bex woudl not budge on selling the house so my sol advised I apply for a Force a Sale Order, I got this now my ex sol is expecting me to pay his court costs. This is Scottish Law can anyone give me advise please.
