What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Morning All

The saga continues. My partner has now received his court bundle from his stbx's sol. The trouble is on reading through it we have a different copy of her from E than what it is in the bundle. The main differences are on the one we have there is more information regarding monies owed to her (through her business) and our back page is sworn and witnessed. On the one in the bundle most of the information regarding monies owed to her are missing and the back page is completely blank. All the rest of the information through it is the same. Can someone please let me know if this can be done as this seems rather sneeky to me as this is not a true reflection and is different to the informtion we hold.

Clear mistake the sworn one should be altered and put in the bundle asap

Party who has responsibility for bundle should be faxed to to confirm they will attend to this immediately and file the correct one with the Court
