What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

hi

I have my FDR beginning of June and my STBX has still not replied to my question about their form E.

What happens if they do not show for FDR hearing?

Can it be postponed for them without notice?

Can they be billed for costs etc...?

many thanks

How long ago was the FDA? usually you would apply for Directions once the date passed after which he should have provided answers, sounds like you have left it a bit late.

Yes the FDR maybe adjourned and yes you can ask for your costs if you have a solicitor.
