Your statement wont show what you are spending money on only where you are spending it and bear in mind that you will get to see the same information for the other side.

If a court has ordered that you do something and refuse the worst case scenario would be a contemp of court charge. Probably not worth it!

I''m afraid you have no option in this case. If you are worried about anything, most judges don''t even look at them, they just want to see what is coming in versus going out.

Yes, the other side may question you on itmes, but unless they are excessive the jusge won''t be interested. Yes, the other side may try and be-little you or trip you up, just be honest and you should be o.k. IF you exes figures are different by a lot then this should be raised as a questionnaire.
