Form E filed by a solicitor was created by Buster007
My STBX is using a solicitor who has typed up her Form E, having read lots of things on here it seems that there is loads of personal detail on there that really shouldn't be on the form E. I'm really confused and stressed by this, the standard of living section is full of unrelated items that seem pathetic to me! I'm now worried I've been to nice on my Form E by just sticking to the financial facts, not making and derogatory statements about her conduct. I'm the respondent everything she has put is different from the reasons she put on Form A. Solicitors don't make these sort of errors do they??

You've done the right thing by sticking to the facts and figures in your Form E. Have you read her Form E yet? If not, reserve judgement until you do. If you have, then ignore any \"noise\" of emotive language, non related statements etc - focus on the figures and the income and capital needs.

In my experience the other sides form E was a joke!
He apparently needed to pay for a cleaner (Obviously I had left) now had sky telly, bought flowers etc etc.
It ended up that he earns 10k a year, but spends 90k?
Nothing was mentioned about it in court!
Unbelievable!
Mine was real, true and factual.
There is no way the judge read his form E, otherwise he would have noticed?

rubytuesday I've seen her Form E, she put on her Solicitors fees for the financial part of the divorce, I thought you had to pay these yourself, she put stuff about the relationship going wrong and how she feels and loads of bitterness and lies.

I'm now worried as a solicitor has been doing her Form E that I've not put enough on mine. She has put she had to leave the house for reasons of safety!! the only person who was unsafe was me with her violence!! I'm now starting to feel I'm about to be ruined.

I've just started to get my head round the stress of all this and then a pack of lies is produced by her solicitor.

I would expect legal fees to be included - it's still a liability/future liability - even though usually each party is responsible for paying thier own legal costs.
