What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

After months of trying to get information on getting an injunction against my ex's gf, i finally managed to get an emergancy one. Im back in court on the 20th to get it lengthened. It will be pretty interesting to see if the gf shows up!

She has already helped to turn my ex against his children. Which is realy a shame because he used to be such a good dad until she came on the scene.

They cant even talk to him, even if they wanted to they dont have any phone number or email address. So now after trying to fight to get his kids to live with him and the witch he has chosen to have no contact at all.

Even funnier was the letter that he sent to each of his children, typed out! stating how much he loved his kids, all of it emotional blackmail. Im really starting too think that we would all be far far better off moveing out of the area totally so my kids can get on with there lives.
