What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

yes - there are a large number of solicitors (and barristers) that carry out Pro Bono work. Each year there is a promoted Pro Bono Week, with hundreds of events and free legal advice clinics up and down the country.
