Can anyone help me? I have a Directions hearing for enforcement of child maintenance on wednesday. I am self-repping. Ex has not paid a penny since april and has not complied with any court order. What do I need to take to court with me? It is listed for a 30 minute slot.
Feel totally unprepared as have been represented before.
many thanks.
