What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Thankyou so much I have felt sick. I wouldn't mind but they only went for a couple of pound and I feel like I could lose the house and everything now becuase he tells his solicitor that he can't trust me. I wouldn't mind but I want to scream or cry because trust is a laugh coming from him. I feel such a prat, apparently his excuse for logging onto my ebay account is that he wanted to look at how you did it so he could sell some items in the new year.

Does seem a very funny word coming from him trust , hmmmm and he has the cheek to log on to your account, lame excuse really he wanted to see how it works, so now you need to change your password on your ebay account and make sure you do not ask windows to save the password.
