What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Well the courts are likely to give him enough to hang himself then, and that could work in your favour!

Agree with Fiona on this one....

Courts will hang s2bx, be classed as evasion, especially in betwenn statements missing, there is no excuse s2bx could easily obtain copies, although I suspect does not need to.

Judge may probably make other side pay your costs, and most certainly from a specific time, as the delays are caused by them

AGAIN DO NOT USE THE INFO YOU 'OBTAINED' IN COURT, use it wisely

As fiona and others have said you cannot use this material directly as its in contravention of british law. But this information gives you a massive advantage. You can use it indirectly to focus and procure the information you are after. Push for full disclosure. That way you have the law on your side. However please do not access others email accounts as it can land you in very hot water. Well done though ;)Chris.
