my ex 2b is on a salary of approx 75k with expenses off approx 400 month, however he only uses a fraction of his expenses as drives back n forth. are his expenses taken into account as his salary?? im on 20k year? please help if u can thanx

I doubt very much that a court would consider expenses as an income.

Whilst he may benefit from them, they can easily be taken away at any time.

Try using the calculator on this site to get an idea of what a court would award, do not use his expenses as an income
