Well after seeing sol we decided that he wouldnt see the kids today as they, sol wrote to say that all contact to go thru her and for him to say in writing how he will see kids, etc. Baring in mind that after driving thru the gates and scaring me and daughter that he isnt to come near me or house or his dad. Letter was written yesterday, but when son cam home from school he said that daddy had phoned him at school annoyed that school let him talk to him but also that they didnt tell him, son has Autism. Son said that daddy said he will collect him and daughter at 8 this morning and that he will collect them at the gates (yes the broken ones) every part of me was saying NOOOOO, but i couldnt do that to the kids. I have no idea when they are coming back it is 8pm and I havent heard anything.

The sol also asked him how he was going to offer finacial support, he hasnt paid mortgage or bills and given no money to even feed the kids, but he did have enough time on his hands to get his hair done and coloured.

Sol has asked for him to fill in form E.And said that he has 7 days to contact her.

Ripped in two? Must be so hard for you. Loyalty to kids and the will to ensure that they stay in contact with dad, versus the fear of what he might do next. And his form E - bet he can't wait to do that!

Hope it all settles down soon for you
