To keep it short, when we married everything changed we have been married 6 months now and we still have not had sex she says she is too old at 47.
When I first met her she could not speak a word of English she can now converse with anyone and use a computer without any problems.
Was advised by the home office to return her to Thailand due to her going out looking for another sponsor in pubs till late at night and drinking also getting names of old wealthy men to marry of to women in Thailand some married.
She has been recording me and will deny not having sex with me though I have it on tape that she married for business and visa only we were together 6 months after the marriage and asked for a divorce after the first.
What claim does she have on my property now as she is wealthy and is going to sue for what I have.
I returned her to thailand here she flew strait to Norway took up with another man and now has friends in london to support her with the divorce
cheers for that apart from my son seeing us sleeping in separate rooms and some friends how do i prove the marriage was never consumated.
what can she claim after 9 months marriage and admits it was business only and visa
Dukey is correct short term marriages usually you leave with what you came with, from what I’ve seen so far if you are accusing a person of something its up to the person being accused to prove it wrong. As for Visa, the first thing Id do is inform immigration Monday morning of the circumstances.
You’re not the first I know of 4 people who have/having that same problem. It appears to becoming a trend of people getting married to other nationals and then divorcing ASAP mostly to gain a foot hold into this country. In the Middle East places like Cyprus Brits were at one time being paid well to marry daughters then divorce, and then it spread to eastern block countries where even now men are being conned, or happy to take the money.
