i have been married 5yrs with husband 9 alltogether,he desided at xmas he wants a divorce, i moved to my own rented house 3wks ago he also rents,he works and earns about 1697 a month i dont work and clain incapacity benefit and have applied for housing benefit when using the calculater do i put in the rent charged for the house or the amount i will have to pay towards it
