Hi Hev

My advice? I would seek intial consultation with a solicitor and take it from there. Depends alot on you really, like can you cope with copius amounts of paperwork? and still run your life. Our file is now probably six feet high! And it spreads out all over my dining room table and surrounding floor! Drove me nuts for two and a half years!!! Also it gets very stressful at times and sometimes i beleive it would be so much nicer if someone else could take over, i.e. no letters popping through my letterbox daily! But the worry is always the cost! i have thought about uploading some of the basic letters that have passed between ourselves and other parties solicitor just so people have a view on what to expect ect ect, thought maybe it might help some people also to conose their own letters, but hey we shall have to see about that one.
Think long and hard and best advice of all??? Dont let anyone grind you down! :P
Kind ones Louise ;)
