both scripts very deep. i go through all the emoyins daily driving myself crazy and at risk of probBLY BLOWING NEW RELATIONSHIP as so obsessed with his ex. This is the worst time of my life and often think should have put up and shut up... but then i didnt.. ive moved on got the kids to bring up and focus on good times ahead.. i dont convince myself really.
I think it must be similar to the torment of bi polar.. but temporary i hope
