What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

Hi all,

Just thought you may all like to look at a website i found

www.jsboard.co.uk/family_law/fbb/mf_11.htm

It is all about what a judge should be thinking about when sitting in Court with all Family law.
It makes interesting reading for anyone who has any Court hearings coming up.

Kind Regards
